NON-ACADEMIC DISMISSAL, SUSPENSION

Students may be suspended or dismissed if they violate any of the American Academy McAllister Institute’s code of conduct as outlined on this Website, in the Catalog and in the Student Handbook. Students suspended or dismissed for non-academic reasons may request a hearing within 10 working days of the suspension or dismissal. The decision of the Faculty Council may be appealed to the Executive Committee, whose determination is final.
